As Chief Operating Officer, Member of Executive Management prepared a private bank in Geneva for a new high volume business concept through high level automation, banking IT application tuning, workflow re-engineering on product delivery, user training and a new distribution concept. Volume and profitability targets were achieved well within set schedules.

As independent Consultant revised banking operations in Switzerland, Eastern Europe and South America, installed banking systems, developed reporting and global custody systems, defined and installed  operational controls, created workflow procedures and provided detailed application user training.

As Operations Manager and Head of IT Private Banking improved and coordinated operational workflows at 5 Swiss branches, optimized and designed system functionality for the front-office sales forces and developed marketing oriented and client activity oriented MIS.

As Head of IT in International Private Banking defined systems strategies with focus on strengthening the IPB sales forces, improved client services and integrated different system platforms in a global MIS data-warehouse.

As global product manager focused on the functional improvement and implementation of leading edge portfolio management systems. This included the creation of a sales-force and client oriented user interface and competitive client reporting.

As Systems Manager ensured IT support to daily banking operations and provided business driven functional design, application development and installation of packaged banking applications.

As Line Manager and Consultant. created efficient teamwork, motivated task-forces and established effective communication with PB operations, client management officers, product managers and IT experts.
